Refund policy

RECALIBRATION_PROTOCOL // REFUNDS & RETURNS

1. Policy Overview: Every artifact from Aura Archive is made-to-order. This means we do not keep stock and each item is printed specifically for you. Due to this localized production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection (Please refer to the Size Chart before ordering)

2. Damaged or Defective Goods: If your artifact arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

  • Deadline: Within 30 days of product delivery.

  • Evidence required: High-resolution photos of the defect and the shipping label.

  • Process: Contact our support terminal (info@auraarchive.com) to initiate the protocol.

3. Lost Shipments: If the tracking data indicates the package is lost in the grid, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

Status: Final Sale. Ensure all data (Address/Size) is verified before confirmation.
